Mon/Tues
Lead hand hook (Then Combo L, R, L hook after mitts clapped together)
Knife defense vs attacker slashing back and forth
Attacker closing drill (aka You lower = I lower)
*1. Starting in shoulder/tricep grip for knees moving around- when he lowers to slap my calf, I lower
*2. Now I’m throwing L,R combo (palm heels) to tombstone. Randomly, attacker lowers and shoots forward = I get into clinch and spin offline by pivoting on foot and then deliver rounkick to a tombstone target
Alternating Knees w neck clinch (then add L,R,Elbow, 3 knees)
Wed/Thurs
Rear hand hook
Two handed choke from behind in place
Switch kick (on punching bags then combo- Switch kick, R hand straight, L Hand Hook)
Gun Defense Front of head
30 second ALTERNATING knees
