Monday and Tuesday Krav Maga workout


"Strive in stride" Stress drill - pulling to bag and punches for 1 minute

Straight punches from passive stance

Rear Naked choke in place

360 def drill (positions and defending)

Lead Leg round kick on bag (no step)


Wednesday and Thursday Krav Maga Workout

Hammerfist to the side

Rear leg front kick to groin (eyes closed drill)

Rear Naked choke pulling

Side and front fall break

Bobbing under punches
