Review 360 (add counters in all positions then add ridgehand to carotid straight punch combo after #3)

Def vs. shirt grab from front w/ punch

Launching knees no grip

Engagement drill with termination

 

Wed/Thurs

Hammer fist forward (w/ eye gouge)

Overhead knife stab (ice pick stabbing attack)

Advancing L leg front kick to groin (passive and fighting)

Two hand choke on the ground

Inside def vs. straight punches low
